Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker diaphragm having satisfactory physical balance between elasticity modulus and internal loss.SOLUTION: The speaker diaphragm includes: a base material layer (1A) molded in a shape of the diaphragm; and a coating layer (1B) constituted of chitin nanofibers (12). The coating layer (1B) has large elasticity modulus, and the distance between molecules in the cured coating layer is large. Compared to a diaphragm constituted of cellulose nanofibers, in the coating layer (1B), molecules are easy to move, the hardness is ensured by a hard-main skeleton, and internal loss is increased by molecular motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
