The components of the speaker are divided into bottom parts 21 consisting of a magnet 1 and a bottom plate 2 supporting this magnet 1 and basic parts 20 consisting of parts except for these. These bottom parts 21 and the basic parts 20 are prepared as respectively independent constitution units, and these parts 21 and the parts 20 are constituted attachably and detachably to have functions as the speaker by connecting both of them. Then, in the case of changing the characteristic and performance, the parts 21 and the parts 20 are separated and both of them are joined again after replacing prescribed parts.
