To provide a speaker grill sheet which has perforation suitability adaptive to various designs, little generates blur during perforation, facilitates weight reduction in comparison with metal components and is suitable for a speaker grill application, and to provide a speaker grill obtained by perforating the sheet.

The speaker grill sheet is constituted of a resin composition comprising (A) styrene resin, (B) carbon black, (C) olefin resin and (D) hydrogen-added copolymer resin of styrene monomer and conjugated diene monomer, wherein the resin composition contains (B) carbon black in 5-45 parts by mass with respect to (A) styrene resin in 100 parts by mass, and contains (C) olefin resin in 1-30 parts by mass and (D) copolymer resin in 0.5-10 parts by mass with respect to the total of (A) styrene resin and (B) carbon black in 100 parts by mass. The speaker grill is obtained by perforating the sheet.
