To provide a speaker mounting structure which saves on a space, and also to provide the speaker mounting structure realizing excellent speaker characteristics to enable air to smoothly go in and out of the internal space and outside space of a speaker.
In the speaker mounting structure, the speaker 10 is directly mounted on a substrate 24. The speaker 10 is provided with a bottom part 14 where at least one vent hole 19 is formed, and the speaker bottom part 14 is in direct contact with the substrate 24. On the substrate 24, a groove connecting the vent hole 19 formed in the speaker bottom part 14 and the outside space of the speaker 10, is formed. Since the air moves through the internal space and outside space of the speaker through the vent hole 19 and the groove 30, air resistance is mitigated, and thus the excellent speaker characteristics are realized.
