To provide a speaker by which a user can hear an ideal well-balanced reproduction sound independently of a listening point with a stable sound- pressure characteristic in the reproduced sound.
The speaker 10 includes a high frequency sound sounding body 1 consisting of a semispherical piezoelectric element. Furthermore, the speaker 10 has tow low frequency sound sounding bodies 2 of a bimorph structure where two piezoelectric disk elements are adhered each other. Then the high frequency sound sounding body 1 is mounted on a square flat plate 3 via a supporting member 4 and similarly the two frequency sound sounding bodies 2 are fitted to the flat plate 3 via a supporting member 5. The high frequency sound sounding body 1 is placed nearly in the middle of the flat plate 3, and the two low frequency sound sounding bodies 2 are placed symmetrically to the left and right with the high tone sounding body 1 inbetween. That is, the two low frequency sound sounding bodies 2 are symmetrically placed by using a longitudinal line passing through the center of the high frequency sound sounding body 1 for a symmetrically line. Moreover, the two frequency sound sounding bodies 2 have the same frequency characteristic.
