Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "speaker" having high sound quality and reliability while using a diaphragm having a non-axial symmetrical shape.SOLUTION: A speaker of the invention includes a magnetic circuit 1 having a magnetic gap G, a frame 7 bonded to the magnetic circuit 1, a voice coil 2 arranged in the magnetic gap G, a cylindrical bobbin 3 around which the voice coil 2 is around, and a diaphragm 5 of which an inner peripheral side is bonded to the bobbin 3 and an outer edge portion is supported by the frame through an elastic edge 6, where an outer shape of the diaphragm 5 is a non-axial symmetric with respect to a central axis passing through the center of the bobbin 3 and has an elliptical shape. The diaphragm 5 is formed by vacuum molding a sheet-like base material (thermoplastic CFRP sheet 20) of which a long fiber filler is oriented in one direction in the thermoplastic resin, is set so that an orientation direction of the long fiber filler coincides with a short axis direction of the diaphragm 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
