PURPOSE: To obtain the superior speaker which is free from an operation defect due to the natural vibration of a voice coil lead wire and an operation defect due to an air leak in the voice coil lead wire lead-out groove of a tweeter ring as to a speaker which is utilized for various acoustic equipment.

CONSTITUTION: An assembly formed by sticking a voice coil 6 and a diaphragm 7 on each other is mounted on a magnetic field part consisting of the tweeter ring 4 where a terminal 10 penetrating the part from the inner peripheral part to the outer peripheral part is formed by insertion, a lower plate 1, a magnet 2, and an upper plate 3. Then the voice coil lead wire 8 is soldered to the inner peripheral part terminal of the tweeter ring 4 and fixed by a baffle plate 9, and then the superior speaker is obtained which is free from the operation defects due to the natural vibration of the voice coil lead wire 8 and the operation defects due to the air leak in the voice coil lead wire lead-out groove of the tweeter ring 4.
