PURPOSE: To provide a speaker sufficiently acting as stopper of the resonance between a speaker unit and a bracket and acting as a water proof buffer member.

CONSTITUTION: When a hot melt 23 is used for adhesion of a speaker unit 21 to a bracket 22 made of a less adhesive resin such as a PP resin and even when the bracket 22 made of a resin deformed by a thermal shock test or a heat resistance test is employed, the speaker sufficiently functions as a stop of the resonance between the speaker unit 21 and the bracket 22 by following a temperature change and as a water proof buffer member.
