To enable the insertion/extraction of paper money with two-tone paper cords kept attached on, by sticking together the lower ends of the two superimposed paper-pieces of a baglike main body, thereby forming a paper money storage part, by making an empty space for paper money insertion into the upper end of the paper money storage part, and also by providing a seal means capable of sealing the empty space.

To form a special envelope 9 for presenting money by folding one paper sheet P, an inner paper piece 5 having a bottom piece 6 and a lid piece 7 is first folded between the front paper piece 2 and the rear paper piece 4 along creases (b) and (a). At the time, the bottom piece 6 and the lid piece 7 are folded between the rear paper piece 4 and the inner paper piece 5 along creases (c) and (d). Then, by sticking the bottom piece 6 and the rear paper piece 4 together, a paper money storage part is formed between the rear paper piece 4 and the inner paper piece 5. And, two-tone paper cords are fitted round the body of the formed baglike main body 1 and, thus, the special envelope 9 for presenting money is completed. Such a special envelope 9 for presenting money is used in such a manner that the paper money is inserted into the paper money storage part from an empty space between the rear paper piece 4 and the inner paper piece 5 with the two-tone paper cords 8 kept wrapped round it, and then the empty space is sealed with the lid piece 7.
