Abstract:

To provide an inorganic film light-emitting device that is based on zinc sulfide and is easy to manufacture.

This is an inorganic film light-emitting device that comprises a substrate, a first electrode, a coated layer containing zinc sulfide nano-particles that are not doped in substance, and a second electrode. When a voltage is impressed between the two electrodes, this device emits light having the maximum electroluminescence in the wavelength larger than (more than) 450 nm.
