Abstract:
To solve a problem that, when investigating the spawning ground of a sea turtle, it is found that the spawning ground is located at a coastline along a trough which is predicted in the occurrence of earthquakes at a Nankai area, a Tonankai area and a Tokai area, meanwhile, a white LED is used as a tsunami disaster prevention lighting apparatus, thus bringing effects for disaster prevention measures, however, a stray accident of the sea turtle at the birth thereof has been become a large problem in terms of the protection of the sea turtle, and causing a negative effect.SOLUTION: An amber LED is constantly lit at the spawning ground of a sea turtle at a coastline along a trough such as a Nankai area, a Tonankai area and a Tokai area, a signal such as an emergency alarm signal is received at an emergency such as the occurrence of tsunami, and a road lamp, a security lamp, a guide lamp or the like having a constitution for lighting a red LED is installed as a disaster prevention lighting apparatus which also serves as sea turtle measures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
