This special net structure NC is constituted of a first net material 1 formed by weaving and organizing first fiber bundles, each of which are formed by relatively finely bundling fire retardant or self-fire extingusing long fiber threads, at a relatively narrow net pitch P1 in warp and weft directions and a second net material 2 formed by weaving and organizing second fiber bundles, each of which is formed by relatively widely bundling the fire retardant or self-fire extingusing long fiber threads, at a relatively wide pitch P2 in warp and weft directions and manufactured by bonding and integrating the first and second net materials by a fire retardant and self-fire extinguishing resin adhesive so as to superpose them one upon another in a thickness direction.
