PURPOSE: To obtain a clear photograph by arranging at least two light sources which light a subject at different angles, and moving the light sources almost at the same speed and taking a photograph while holding them in the direction so that the subject is lighted all the time.
CONSTITUTION: The subject 1 having a fingerprint, etc., is pressed against an opening part 3 and the stop of a photographing device is adjusted after it is confirmed that the light sources 4 and 8 and shield plates 7 and 14 are at fixed positions, and an operation push button 17 is held pressed until the photography is completed. The light source 4 is moved firstly on the same plane in parallel around a fulcrum 11 as a center, and the shield plate 7 rotates at the same time around the fulcrum 11 in the opposite direction diagonally to light source 4. Then, the light source 8 is moved in parallel from an upper limit to a lower limit and the shield plate 14 is moved in parallel from an upper limit to a lower limit while diagonally to the light source 4 at the same time. The operation button 17 is released on the photography, and a reset push button 18 is pressed to return the light sources 4 and 8 and shield plates 7 and 14 to the fixed position. Consequently, a clear photograph is obtained even when the trace of a fingerprint, holograph, etc., on the subject is small or thin.
