PURPOSE: To convey a small ship to the water's edge and unload it by forward tiltably arranging a carrier provided with a winder and rubber rollers for mounting the small ship on the load-carrying platform portion of a truck capable of selectively traveling via the front and rear wheels and crawlers.

CONSTITUTION: The front and rear wheels 2 are grounded when a truck 1 travels on the road surface, and crawlers 4 are lowered than the grounding position of the front and rear wheels 2 and grounded when the truck 1 travels on a sandy place. When a small ship B is to be mounted on a carrier 9 supported by support shafts 9a at the rear end of the main body frame 5 of the truck 1, the carrier 9 is tilted by a cylinder 11 to lift the front, and a wire 17 connected to the front end of the small ship B is wound by a winder 12. The small ship B is rolled along rubber rollers 10 arranged via a support frame on the upper face of the carrier 9. A stopper 19 arranged at the rear end of the carrier 9 mounted with the small ship B is erected to prevent the small ship B from being dropped.
