Thus, the high frequency magnetic field of the portable telephone terminal 10 is absorbed by the anisotropic magnetic materials 12a, 12b and 12c. Thus, the intensity of the near electromagnetic field of the portable telephone terminal 10 is reduced and the SAR in the case of using the portable telephone terminal can be reduced.
