Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specified amount discharge device capable of performing an accurate specified amount discharging and a residual amount confirmation.SOLUTION: A specified amount discharge device of this invention comprises: a resin cartridge 10 having a liquid material pushing-out port 12 opened below a charging chamber 11 filled with the liquid material and having a piston 14 fitted on liquid surface of the liquid material in the charging chamber 11 in such a way that the piston can be reciprocated; a device main body 20 having a space part 21 for holding the cartridge 10 in a vertical direction, having a discharging port 24 communicated with the pushing-out port 12 opened below the space part 21 and having an air supply port 22 for introducing air communicated with the charging chamber 11 above the space part 21 to depress the piston 14; and an air flowing-in passage 60 arranged in at least one of the device main body 20 and the cartridge 10 to guide a part of the air supplied to the air supply port 22 into the space part 21 around the cartridge 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
