Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually manage data of specified securities such as checks and drafts and highly efficiently and surely perform a deposit process and a cash process using the data.SOLUTION: A specified security deposit machine includes: incorporation means for incorporating specified securities in the machine; reading means for reading data described on the specified securities that has been incorporated in the machine and generating read data; recognition means for recognizing the read data and generating recognition data; data generation means for deposit process that approves the specified securities on the basis of an approval instruction representing the validity of the recognition data and generating deposit process data; storage means for managing and storing at least the recognition data and the deposit process data for every type of the specified securities; data processing means for managing the deposit process data and generating data for external output; and communication means for transmitting and receiving data with a cash processing machine and other external devices.
