To enable easy specimen sampling by the sense of touch alone without depending upon the sense of sight by providing the implement with a puncture hole and a guide part of the puncture device.
The puncture hole 11 of a circular shape of about ≥2 mm in diameter is formed in a mounting part for placing the specimen sampling implement on the finger. Further, the implement is provided with a sensing part 14 consisting of a stainless steel piece to impart a specimen detecting function to the implement. This part is provided with the guide part 12 consisting of a polyvinyl chloride resin of a cylindrical shape. The guide part 12 is provided with a projection which is a stopper of a puncture needle 22. Further, the guide part is provided with a hook-and-loop fastener to allow mounting meeting the size of the finger. The specimen sampling implement is used by fitting the connecting part 21 of the puncture device 20 into the guide part 12 of the implement. The puncture device 20 comprises the puncture needle 22, its drive part 23 and an elastic body 24 for resetting of the puncture needle to its home position. The device is provided with a buzzer sound generating mechanism which is electrically connected to the sensing part 14 and detects the specimen. The specimen sampling and measuring are made possible by the sense of touch alone without depending upon the sense of sight by this constitution.
