PURPOSE: To stimulate cerebral cells and to promote health by giving a magnetic field to temple ends of the spectacle frame.

CONSTITUTION: A couple of right and left frame rims 1 and 1' for holding a lens are coupled by a bridge 2, and temple levers 3 and 3' are connected pivotally to both ends of the frame rims 1 and 1' to constitute the spectacle frame. Then, temple and levers 4 and 4' made of a permanent magnet are joined to the temple levers 3 and 3' to constitute the spectacle frame 5 for self-treatment. The temple and levers 4 and 4' are close to paraceles for memorization and stimulate the paraceles with an electric field. Consequently, an increase in the circulation of the blood and the activation of the cerebral cells are accelerated.
