PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce glare due to internal reflection of a spectacle lens.SOLUTION: A spectacle lens design method designs a spectacle lens including: an external surface which serves as a refracting interface on an object side in a wearing state, and an inner surface which serves as a refracting interface on an eyeball side in the wearing state. The spectacle lens design method determines a shape of the spectacle lens in consideration of a beam of light reflected on the spectacle lens and passing through a wearing person's iris.
