Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately implement chamfering processing of a protruding part in the lens peripheral edge which is left after step processing.SOLUTION: A spectacle lens-processing device comprises: a step processing tool for applying step processing to a peripheral edge of a spectacle lens; a V-shaped edge forming tool having a V groove; step formation information-obtaining means; chamfering data-obtaining means; and processing control means which implements, by using the V groove of the V-shaped edge forming tool, chamfering processing of front side corner parts and rear side corner parts of a protruding part of a lens peripheral edge which are left by step processing of the step processing tool based on the step formation information and the chamfering data. A depth of the V groove of the V-shaped edge forming tool with respect to an outer peripheral surface thereof is smaller than an incision distance of step processing for leaving the protruding part. The processing control means implements chamfering processing of the protruding part by the V groove when the incision distance of the step processing is larger than the depth of the V groove with respect to the outer periphery surface of the V-shaped edge forming tool.
