PURPOSE: To simplify attachment and detechment for fixing of spectacles for heavy exercises and works, by attaching attaching equipments to a frame and screwing a fixing tight cord or suspending cords to these attaching equipments to fix or suspend spectacles.

CONSTITUTION: Hook-shaped attaching pieces 4 are screwed up to upper and lower ends of a frame 1 to fix attaching jigs 5 to the frame 5, and racing male screws 8 at both ends of an expansible and contractible fixing tight cord 6 are attached to napped holes of attaching and detaching arms 3, and the tight cord 6 is stretched around the back of the user's head to fix spectacles. Suspending cords 7 where racing attaching screws 8' are attached in one ends and connecting screws 9 are attached in the other ends are connected to both ends of the fixing tight cord 6 to form a long cord to suspend taken-off spectacles on his breast. Thus, attachment and detachment for fixing spectacles for heavy exercises and works are simplified.
