Title:
SPECTACLES HAVING TEMPLE HOUSING TYPE HEAD BAND
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6052823
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide spectacles which can be worn as ordinary spectacles during normal time and can be worn in a stable state by drawing bands from the ear part of spectacle temples and fastening securely the bands to the circumferential part of the head in the stage of motion that accompanies vigorous body action.

CONSTITUTION: Bands 3 are respectively internally provided to temples 2 freely drawably and retractably in ear parts 21. The bands 3 are so constituted that the top ends of the drawn out bands can be freely attachably and detachably connected to each other in the suitable position in the circumferential part H of the wearer's head. If vigorous body motion is anticipated, the weaer draws out the bands 3 from the parts 21 and fastens the same to the circumferential part of the head. The dislodging of the spectacles by shock is thus prevented. If the engagements 5, 6 between the bands 3, 3 are released, the bands 3 are retracted and housed into the temples 2 by the spring back effect and therefore there is no possibility of having trouble in meeting with customers in daily life.
