Abstract:
To provide glasses for presbyopia that allows for checking the nearby cell, newspaper or book without removing or shifting the glasses, for a user with myopia who has advanced presbyopia to the extent he/she can see a nearby cell phone, newspaper or book with no need of using conventional so-called reading glasses when he/she has difficulty seeing a nearby the nearby cell, newspaper or book through lenses of nearsighted glasses.SOLUTION: There is provided nearsighted glasses that have myopic lens in which lower portions of the lens on a horizontal line 8 mm below eye-points of both eyes are removed so as to allow a user to see an object directly from the lower area of the lens and use a nearby cell phone or check text without removing or shifting the nearsighted glasses.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
