Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately detect a frame.SOLUTION: A spectacles-wearing image analysis apparatus photographs an image of a subject wearing spectacles to measure spectacles parameters and analyzes the image in which the subject's eyes are photographed. The spectacles-wearing image analysis apparatus comprises: image removal means for removing by image processing a frame portion from the subject's first image with the spectacle frame which is captured based on the imaging signals from the photographing means so as to obtain a second image with the frame portion removed; image synthesis means for obtaining a third image by synthesizing the first and second images; and image processing means for extracting the frame portion from the third image.
