Abstract:

To make it possible to securely hold lenses to a lens mounting frame and simultaneously to facilitate the mounting and dismounting of the lenses to and from the lens mounting frame.

The pad side and temple frame mounting side facing the right and left directions of the inner peripheral edges of the lens mounting frame 11 are respectively provided with long grooves 14 which elongate to about 50% of the overall length of the inner peripheral edges and short grooves 15 which extend to the extremely short distance, which grooves are respectively regulated by front flanges 12 and rear flanges 13. One-side flange edges 17 of an L-shaped cross section having the front flanges 12a and shoulder parts 16 which are respectively continuous with the front flanges 12 and bottoms of the long grooves 14 and the short grooves 15 are disposed between the long grooves 14 and the short grooves 15.
