PURPOSE: To simplify transportation and assembly and to obtain a good feel to wear and the originality of appearance by forming a frame of slender cylindrical elements which have semirigid and deformable bellows in the joint parts of respective handle parts and front surface parts and are initially in a straightforward extended state.

CONSTITUTION: The frame is composed of the tubular elements 1 made like a straw and is formed to a pipe shape of a small thickness consisting of a plasticized material having the bellows at several points. Namely, the frame has the two bellows 2 forming a joint parts between the front surface parts 3 and the handle parts 4 of the frame and the central bellows 5 which exists at the center of the front surface parts 3 and are capable of imparting an arbitrary angle between the front surface parts. The respective ends of the handle parts 4 are provided with the respective bellows 6. These bellows 6 constitute the ends 7 of the handle parts bent downward behind the ears. As a result, the transportation and assembly are facilitated and the good feeling of wearing and the originality of the appearance are obtd.
