Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain a spectroscope for low temperatures which can improve the accuracy and output signals without being adversely influenced by the surrounding temperatures by forming a concave mirror in the periphery of a pin hole and maintaining the temperature of a photodetector constant. CONSTITUTION:A radiation light from a measuring object is guided to a photodetector 17 via a condensing mirror 2, a reflecting mirror 14, a photo chopper 6, a pin hole 4 and a collimating mirror 3. A radiation light from the photodetector 17 is reflected by the mirror face at the rear side of the photo chopper 6 via a condensing mirror 9, a grating 8, the collimating mirror 3 and the pin hole 4, so that the light is reflected by a concave mirror 16 in the periphery of the pin hole 4. The reflected light is brought into the photodetector 17 again through the mirror face of the photo chopper 6, pin hole 4, collimating mirror 3, grating 8 and condensing mirror 9. Further, the photodetector 17 is held at constant temperatures by a cooling member or a cooling means.
