To provide a spectroscope that prevents the position of image formation from deviation by arranging a combination of supporting members that support optical components and utilizing differences in thermal expansion.
A spectroscope, provided with a wavelength dispersing element that receives light from a light source including a plurality of wavelengths via a collimator lens, a focusing lens that collects light rays separated by this wavelength dispersing element and a photodiode array element that receives the light rays collected by this focusing lens, corrects deviations caused in the position of irradiation with separated light rays coming incident on the photodiode array by changes in physical quantities of optical components including the collimator lens, wavelength dispersing element and photodiode array and supporting members that support these optical components attributable to ambient temperature changes by combining a plurality of supporting members differing in the length of extension related to the ambient temperature changes and rotating the combination around at least one of the optical components as the fulcrum.
