Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that the amount of transmission interference between each communication exceeds an allowable value in a cell.
SOLUTION: When the amount of transmission interference between each communication in a cell 381 exceeds an allowable value, it to outputted from a base station 301 to mobile stations 201-206, and it is discriminated based on the proportion of 'up' instruction of a TPC bit for transmitting the transmitting output increasing and decreasing instruction of each mobile station 201-206. Therefore, the interference to peripheral base stations can be suppressed to the minimum, because the transmitting power and originating and incoming calls can be controlled accurately, quickly, and appropriately.
