PURPOSE: To generate the ratchet noise even in the case when a speed change operating body is turning-operated in the cable drive-out direction, as well as in the case where the speed change operating body is turning-operated in the cable pulling-out direction.

CONSTITUTION: An engagement body 40 which repeates engagement and disengagement for an engaged body 27 which is turned integrally with a speed change operating body 4b when the speed change operating body is turning- operated in a cable drive-out direction is provided, and the engagement body 40 is equipped with the second ratchet mechanism 36 for generating the ratchet noise.
