Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely restrain the generation of an abnormal sound without any obstacle to the operational property of a shift lever in a speed change operating device.
SOLUTION: A speed change operating device is so constructed that a shift lever 13 is turned in a preset shift gate to enable switching of the speed change state of a vehicle, and when the shift lever 13 is moved to the end part of the shift gate, it is brought into contact with a guide part 37 disposed in the periphery of a shift block 38 to be held. In this case, the guide part 37 is provided with contact parts 41a, 41b where the lower part of the shift lever 13 is brought into contact to regulate the movement, and with space parts 44a, 44b as a deformation absorbing part for absorbing the contact force when the shift lever 13 is brought into contact with the contact parts 41a, 41b....
