To determine the parking time at a glance by fixing a stop watch having a speed change switch utilizing the shaft of a speedometer to a vehicle.

The pointer 2 of a speedometer is elongated, on the opposite side, utilizing the shaft 1 of speedometer where the rotation is lowered by means of the cable or sensor of a vehicle and a switch is fixed thereto. A stop watch fixed with this sped change switch is fixed to a vehicle. When the vehicle stops, them shaft 1 also stops to connect a + power supply 3 with a - power supply 4 and thereby the switch is closed to start operation of the stop watch. When the vehicle begins to run, the shaft 1 turns to separate the electrode 3 from the electrode 4 and the switch is opened to stop the operation of stop watch. According to the stop watch, parking time can be determined at a glance.
