Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the optimum speed changing at the highest speed at real time.
SOLUTION: Speed changing is performed at the time of speed reduction based on a supposed cyclic period TS and a supposed speed VR of a bicycle at a current timing determined by computation based on a cyclic period Tn and speed TN of a wheel 2 in the past. Above may be performed after deciding a speed changing will. Cyclic data in the past includes continuous two or more cyclic lines in the past. Formulas for above computation are preliminarily inputted to a CPU. Speed changing after deciding the will is performed by a speed change indication signal of a manually operated electric switch. Since the supposed speed VR is determined, correct speed changing for the highest speed after deciding the will can be performed.
