To accurately adjust moving speed of a piston to target speed and to reduce adjustment man-hours for adjusting moving speed of the piston to same moving speed in each control system when a plurality of applied systems exist.
A cylinder 2 is provided with a cylinder tube 4 provided with a first cylinder chamber 5 and a second cylinder chamber 6, and the piston 3 moved by supply and discharge of air to the first cylinder chamber 5 and a second cylinder chamber 6. A first pipe 8 is connected to the first cylinder chamber 5 and a second pipe 9 is connected to the second cylinder chamber 6. The first pipe 8, the second pipe 9 and a compressor 14 are connected to an electromagnetic valve 10. A first and a second solenoids 12, 13 provided in the electromagnetic valve 10 are electrically connected a control part 11. The control part 11 adjusts discharge quantity from the first cylinder chamber 5 and the second cylinder chamber 6 by outputting a first and a second drive signal to the first and the second solenoids 12, 13.
