Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the burden of a program command producer (designer) for production of a machining program command by generating automatically the numerical control data in order to satisfy the conditions of the cutting, etc., that should be carried out within an allowable shape error and a limit acceleration. CONSTITUTION:A speed controller is provided with an analyzing part 1 which inputs a machining program command and analyzes the program command for each block, a 1st interpolator 2 which calculates the moved variable of each axis and the feeding speed in each sampling cycle, a buffer memory 3 which stores the interpolation data in a quantity equal to plural sampling cycles, a shape recognizing part 4 which recognizes the shapes of plural interpolation data, and a feeding speed calculation part 5 which calculates a corrected feeding speed V0(m) by reference to the shape recognition data SHAPE and the speed V(0) stored in the buffer 3. Furthermore a 2nd interpolator 7 is added to produce the interpolation data for each sampling cycle and in response to the servo control together with an acceleration/deceleration processing part 6. In such a constitution, the speed controller can adjust the speed changing rate within a limit acceleration.
