Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain stable rotation accuracy by forming a second feedback loop containing a phase compensating filter, between an output point for the signal of a first feedback loop for controlling the magnitude of acceleration in accordance with a rotational speed and the input point of an acceleration signal generating part, and increasing compressibility against disturbance.
CONSTITUTION: A speed control part 300 comprises an F-V converter 201 which converts a frequency signal from a rotational speed detecting part 7a of a motor, an integrator 202 which stabilizes its output signal, a forward transfer function part 205, and a V-I converting part 203 which converts voltage into current and transmits it to a torque generating part 101, and they form a first feedback loop. Besides, a low-pass filter 204 is used between the integrator 202 and V-I converting part 203 to constitute a second feedback loop, and disturbance responsibility is increased by setting the characteristic of the second feedback loop at a band higher than a gain intersection set in the first feedback loop.
