Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size and weight of a sliding mechanism by providing a speed sensor coil for speed detection in proximity to a driving coil of a linear motor. CONSTITUTION:The speed sensor coil 6 for which such a sectional area or yoke material is selected so as to be satrated with magnetic fluxes is disposed in proximity to a first yoke 12, a center yoke 13, a stator consisting of magnets 6a and 6b and the driving coil 5 constituting the linear motor 20, by which the size of the detector is reduced.
