Abstract:
To solve the problem of safety for a gap formed between pallets due to a speed change and facilitate use by weak pedestrians such as users of a wheelchair, in a passenger conveyer transporting passengers by the pallets and having a faster speed at the middle part of the pallet than that at getting-on and getting-out ends.
In this passenger conveyer 1 transporting a plurality of passengers on board and forming the gap between the pallets 1 by changing speed of the plurality of pallets 1, the pallets 1 are constituted as successively connected pallets that are connected in series per a predetermined number of pallets and driven as one unit.
