Also, speed of the present vehicle is adjusted, calculated as the speed of the accused vehicle via an arithmetic means, the accused vehicle is simultaneously photographed by a CCD camera 2 capable of displaying a laser irradiation point, the current evidence image, time and speed are printed out in this case. Also all of these pieces of speeding evidence data are stored in a built-in storage card and information is managed by a computer.
