PURPOSE: To finish a spew-removed surface into an ideal flat state, by removing spews remaining on the surface of a tire-valcanizing bladder in the state that the bladder is deformed into a toroidal shape by pressing the bladder while sealing its both openings.

CONSTITUTION: A valcanized tire-valcanizing bladder 5 is mounted on a support 1. Another support 2 is lowered from the upside, and the both openings of the bladder 5 are sealed with the supports 1, 2. The support 2 is further lowered to press and deform the bladder 5 into a troidal shape similar to a shape during tire-valcanization by raising an internal pressure. Thereafter, a motor just below a shaft 10 is driven to rotate the bladder 5, and a spew-removing tool 4 comprising a belt sander is concurrently brought in contact with the bladder 5 to remove a spew 21. Because the spew 21 is removed from the bladder 5 in the state deformed into the toroidal shape, the spew-removed surface becomes smooth close to the ideal. Consequently, the uniformity of the tire is enhanced.
