To provide a spherical bearing having improved durability for actualizing smooth tilting movement and/or rotating movement of a spherical body.
The spherical bearing includes the spherical body 12 having a shaft 11, and a housing 14 having a cavity part 13 having an opening portion 13a for rotatably storing the spherical body 12 in the state of protruding the shaft 11 to the outside. The moving distance of a center O of the spherical body stored in the cavity part of the housing is limited within 1% of the diameter of the spherical body. When resting, the spherical body contacts an inner face 13c of the cavity part 13 in one annular band 15 whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the spherical body, on the surface of the spherical body.
