Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a production method of a box which does not require management of unit side face bodies, and labor-saving for skillfulness or the like of processing of adhesive faces and application of an adhesive and increases the production efficiency and reduces manufacturing cost and further, detachably fits the cover to the body.
CONSTITUTION: A continuously connected panel 1 is prepared to have a width of the height of a box and a fitting allowance added thereto and a length of several number of unit side face panel 2 forming one side face of the box, necessary for at least one box. A groove longitudinally having the fitting allowance width from the longitudinal end of the continuously connected panel 1 direction is provided at a breadthwise specified position of the panel 1. A folding V-shaped groove is cut at the position of a bending line 4 so that the panel 1 can be folded and closely stuck by making use of the continuously connected line as a bending line 4 of the unit side face panel 2, within the above same face. The joining faces to connect both ends of the continuously connected panel 1 having necessary numbers of unit side face panels 2 for one box, are provided.
