A clip washer 10 is used in addition to a washer 9 and a nut interposed when a vessel lid 7 installed at the bottom of the vessel body is coupled, and has spikes 11 on its obverse and reverse surfaces, and the spiked clip washer 10 is interposed at the bottom of the vessel body so as to prevent the vessel lid 7 from rotating, so that the vessel lid 7 can be stationarily fixed certainly both to the stationary and to the moving object, and the method is applicable to the mounting of the stationary vessel lid 7 to all objects considerable.
