A unit 60 is provided with an outer wall part 603 to cover a holding unit 20. The outer wall part 603 has an opening part 601 formed on a position corresponding to the upper side of the lens 50. The lower end part of the outer wall part 603 does not reach the bottom part 604 of the unit 60 and a communicating port 605 is formed between the lower end part and the bottom part 604. An outer peripheral part 606 is circularly provided through the whole periphery in the outer peripheral side of the outer wall part 603 and an inner peripheral part 607 formed between the holding unit 20 and the outer peripheral part 606 communicates with each other through the communicating port 605. A liquid storage part 609 formed on the bottom part 604 of the unit 60 is formed to be inclined downward from the center toward the outer peripheral side of the unit 60.
