Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin current thermoelectric conversion element that stabilizes an output by thermoelectric conversion and has a degree of freedom of mounting to a heat source.SOLUTION: The spin current thermoelectric conversion element includes: a magnetic material; and an electromotive body magnetically combined with the magnetic material. The magnetic material has at least one axis of easy magnetization by shape magnetic anisotropy, and is magnetized in at least one of the directions of the axis of easy magnetization. The electromotive body is provided at a surface parallel to the axis of easy magnetization of the magnetic material.
