Title:
SPIN CURRENT THERMOELECTRIC TRANSDUCER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2014183176
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin current thermoelectric transducer having higher thermoelectric conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: The spin current thermoelectric transducer includes: a magnetic material having magnetization in a plane direction; and an electromotive force body that is magnetically combined with the magnetic material. The electromotive force body includes: a first conductive layer having conductivity; and a second conductive layer having conductivity different for up-spin and down-spin.
