Abstract:
To provide a highly durable spin cutter that can completely remove an old caulking of a joint groove without using a cleaning solution, and shorten a working time.SOLUTION: A mounting part 2 and a rod body part 3 are connected in series in an axial direction. A cutting tip 5 projects from the tip end part of the rod body part 3 so as to have a step with the tip surface 31 of the rod body part 3, and is provided over a part of the peripheral surface of the tip part of the rod body part 3 through a corner part between the tip surface 31 and a peripheral surface of the rod body 3. A part provided with cutting tips 61, 62, 63 and a part 7 not provided with the cutting tip are alternately provided around along the length direction of the rod body part 3. The length of the shortest straight line distance connecting the cutting edge and the axial center of the rod body 3 is set so that all locus of the cutting edges of the cutting tips 5, 61, 62, and 63 are within the range of a joint width.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
