Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable can diameter by controlling the fluctuation of the twisting force to be applied to an external roll spindle.
SOLUTION: A spin flow form roll mechanism is provided with an internal roll spindle 2 to rotatably support an internal roll 1 to be inserted in a can, and an external roll spindle 4 to rotatably support an external roll 3 which is adjacent to the internal roll spindle and arranged outside the can, and the external roll spindle 4 is provided with an arm part 17 which is fixed in a projected manner in the radial direction and provided with the external roll 3, and rotates the external roll spindle 4 and presses the external roll 3 against the can to reduce an opening end part. The external roll spindle 4 is provided with a stopper arm which is fixed in a projected manner in the radial direction and turned together, and the stopper arm is set to the abutting position on an external locking part 15 when the external roll spindle turns the opening end part to the maximum angle of rotation to reduce the opening end part to a minimum diameter.
