Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spin heat flow sensor capable of accurately measuring a heat flow rate without providing temperature measuring means separately, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A spin heat flow sensor comprises a magnetic material 21 having at least one-way internal magnetization, a first electromotive body 22 magnetically linked to the magnetic material 21, and a second electromotive body 23 magnetically linked to the magnetic material 21. The first electromotive body 22 and the second electromotive body 23 are formed of a conductive material indicating reverse spin Hall effect. A temperature coefficient of internal resistance of the second electromotive body 23 is not more than 1/100 of a temperature coefficient of internal resistance of the first electromotive body 22 or a temperature coefficient of internal resistance of the second electromotive body is not more than 0.1[10/°C].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
